Credible Source Solution is a company that works towards holistic staff engagement and customer service programs incorporating customer service training.
They also offer best practice complaint handling, employee recognition and awards programs plus business/individual awards submission writing.
Our target demographic is small to medium size businesses owners looking to increase staff engagement and customer loyalty. Additionally, corporate businesses looking to freshen up their training and recognition programs.
Project Brief
Credible Source Solutions wanted a logo that created a sense of urgent need in their target customer base to take action as a business. They wanted their target demographic i.e small to medium size businesses to think of them instead of their competitors when looking to increase staff engagement, customer loyalty, and looking to freshen up their training and recognition programs.
CSS did not have a colour palette, word, text, or logotype preference. Hence, allowing us a lot of freedom in terms of creativity.
The Result
Similiar to the companys holistic approach, the icon is all encompassing. The concept has been created as an icon and word mark logo.
The icon represents the multiple streams of services ( Customer Service, Complaints, Recognition and Awards) that Credible Source Solutions offer. The eye icon also represents the over seeing off the training and holistic guidance through the clients journey.
The text used is strong and bold and represents quality and assurance. The colour palette i.e a teal blue, medium beige and alight blue create dimension and hierarchy in the design of the logo.
